I would rate them zero if given the choice. I rented a car on 11/21 to reach CLT for my flight, with a scheduled pick-up time of 1:00 pm. Upon arrival, their office was empty, and we were informed that no one had been there since morning. Another group had been waiting since 11:00 am.
