We've rented from Hertz twice in the past two weeks and had great experiences both times. The reservations were ready on time, booking was easy through Expedia, and the rent/return process was smooth. Thank y'all!
I’m not using hertz again… If it’s too difficult for them to have the car ready when the flight lands, then I won’t bother with this company…. I had to wait for 1.5 hours after my flight landed…. No thanks
Rent from the Lafayette airport location once a month. They have always taken great care of me! The last time I rented, the manager, Deanna, went above & beyond to make sure I had a comfortable vehicle for my long drive to Houston. I can't tell you how important this is to someone with rheumatoid arthritis! So grateful!
