I have been renting cars from Hertz in Lafayette weekly since January of 2025. I tried other Hertz locations here, but the staff at the Lafayette Airport far exceeds any other location. I do not rent from any other locations for that reason. It does not matter who is at the desk. I am always greeted with a smile and a helping hand. Everyone there is always quick to say hello no matter how busy they are. They speak to you like a friend, always have your rental ready and make sure you are satisfied when you leave. Check in to get car was simple. Manager (I think ) at Lafayette airport went above and beyond by bringing car from lot to closest door, in a down pour of rain, so my mobility challenged guy didn’t have to get as soaked to get to car it was much appreciated
