Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I kept having to swap cars because each one we rented had issues. One had persistent on-screen errors and the other had a leaking tire. These are basic safety and quality checks that should be caught before handing keys to a customer. The communication was consistently poor and at times outright disrespectful.
