5/5 stars! Excellent experience with Hertz! Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Jaskaran and Ronit, made the rental process seamless. Vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for reliable and convenient car rentals. Will definitely use Hertz again!

I reserved a car for 8:00 am pickup but because they open right at 8:00 am, my car was not ready. By the time they I had gone through the line (1 person in front) and sorted out the paperwork (8:13 a.m.), they told me they had to get the car cleaned for me. It wasn't until 8:30 am that my car was ready. I appreciate that they gave me a clean car but when someone specifies a pick up time, they expect it to be followed as close as possible.
