I recently had an excellent experience with the Hertz rental car location in Surrey, British Columbia, on 134th Street and 72nd Avenue. The customer service was outstanding—every representative I interacted with was not only professional but also incredibly kind and accommodating. I was especially grateful for a complimentary upgrade, despite being a Gold member, as upgrades are usually not included. I am truly thankful for the thoughtful service, and I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

I had a great experience at the Surrey Hertz location, thanks to Mr. Yashir. He was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the service. What impressed me the most was his honesty and integrity, he even politely refused a tip. Excellent customer service like this truly makes a difference. Highly recommend asking for Mr. Yashir if you visit this location.

Returned the car perfectly fine. 5 days later Hertz suddenly “found” a scratch and charged $900. No damage at return, no proper proof, just straight deduction. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Think twice before renting from Hertz.
