Excellent customer service!
Wife’s car died and I needed a big car fast. They got me into a Chevy Tahoe with almost no notice even though I requested a smaller car but they saw my wife and kids and just took care of them. Sure I’m Hertz Platinum but I was on a business trip away and they didn’t have to take care of her but they did. We kept the car for 6 weeks without any drama. Life saving experience at good rate.

Great service. They gave me a really nice vehicle and it was better than I reserved. The wait was a bit long but she did her best to great and acknowledge everyone as they arrived.
