Being a hertz gold member doesn’t mean a thing here. Aside long wait times, I stopped by early a day before to change my reservation. Only to find out it was never changed, and didn’t get the vehicle I needed. Go elsewhere
This is the worst rental car location I've ever been to. I reserved a car online Sunday morning for pick up in the afternoon. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was how dirty the establishment was. Dust a mile high on what little counter space there was and counter tops were in disrepair. As other reviewers noted they are under staffed with apparently only one associate working each day.
