This location has continued to improve (has not always been “stellar”) Orin in particular stands out as an example of who the company should be looking for when hiring or training new personnel = Friendly, capable, competent. Thanks for a great experience the last several times 👍

I just love my Fairfield Location and the Branch Manager Orrin , the best . Thank you
Avoid this location at all cost. Very unprofessional. Upon arriving they were busy calling customers to cancel their reservation last minute. They could not locate my reservation although I booked months in advance. They kept trying to up charge me for a rebooking, I walked out. Horrible service do better. The reviews don’t tell a lie at all. Ive never experienced anything like this before.
Dude was snorting lines when I walked in, then proceeded to answer the phone and walk out of the building to go chat….. Don’t know what kinda circus you hired these clowns from? Do better Hertz…
