I had a very disappointing experience at this Hertz location. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude both over the phone and in person. When I called to ask a question, she hung up on me without warning. When I went into the office, her attitude was just as unprofessional and unwelcoming. It’s unacceptable for a company of this size to have staff who treat customers this way.
