If this platform didn’t require you to make a selection in order to submit this post, I wouldn’t even give it one star. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the way I was treated at this location. This was my first time renting from Hertz and it will be my last. The lack of care and concern for a customer was unbelievable. He was rude and unfriendly the entire time I was there.
