If this platform didn’t require you to make a selection in order to submit this post, I wouldn’t even give it one star. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the way I was treated at this location. This was my first time renting from Hertz and it will be my last. The lack of care and concern for a customer was unbelievable. He was rude and unfriendly the entire time I was there. I rented a car due to my car being repaired. Pick up date was 06/26. When I got the car, Ms/Mrs. Ronda asked me if I wanted insurance on the vehicle which twenty something dollars per day. Geico was paying for the rental so I only had to pay for insurance and deposit, which was $50. I was hesitant on adding insurance because Geico gave me 12 days for the rental and I didnt want to pay for 12 days if I wasn't going to have the car for 12 days. Would give 0 stars. Made a reservation which was confirmed. Got all the way there and was told by the older gentleman that they had no car for me. This is unacceptable. They should have called me before hand. Worse service I ever received at a car rental place
We came here to pick up a vehicle and we were told that there were no cars available and that our reservation didn't actually hold anything. We made several attempts to contact hertz directly and haven't reached a resolution. Attendent was also very rude and got quite loud while we were asking questions as we were confused since our reservation still even now shows active and late picking up.
