This office has been reported and Hertz is investigating the case. The employee, Nirmal Tamang, is rude and disrespectful. He laughed at customers and treated them disrespectfully. I rented a car, and without any reason or request, he canceled it, leaving me on the street at 5 p.m. with no other option. He had to pay for hotel and transportation expenses, and he changed all my plans. I asked him to give me the car I had paid for, and he laughed. Horrible customer service. Refused to let me drop car off at another airport. Never informed about that. Over priced. Ridiculously high for insurance. Website is unuser friendly. Turned car in. Rented from another company.
