Horrible reliabilty and rude. They cancelled my pre-booked rental 90 minutes before pickup. They overbooked. She told me to find another rental company, but refused to help at all. Would not even go to the rental desk next to her and ask them. When I asked how she would feel in my position, she hung up. This blew up our travel plans. DO NOT USE THEM

This office has been reported and Hertz is investigating the case. The employee, Nirmal Tamang, is rude and disrespectful. He laughed at customers and treated them disrespectfully. I rented a car, and without any reason or request, he canceled it, leaving me on the street at 5 p.m. with no other option. He had to pay for hotel and transportation expenses, and he changed all my plans. I asked him to give me the car I had paid for, and he laughed. Tuvimos problemas con un auto que rentamos desde colorado, aqui su manager nos trato como familia, fue muy amable, amigable y familiar , nos cambio el auto, su auto estaba limpio. Muchas gracias. Me enamore de Flagstaff, se parece a mi colorado
