THIRD TIME!!! Hertz took my money and gave me a reservation for the following week. Then when I needed to add more time to my reservation, I called into the local office who told me "we don't have any cars available for two weeks". WHY WOULD YOU TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE ME A RESERVATION?!?!?!? Hertz sent me CONFIRMATION of my booking and doesn't have it?? We had to take the hire car from their Denver offices to Flagstaff as we had done a lot of miles and the change oil notification was showing on the dashboard. I was dreading going as we had very poor service from 2 quite frankly obnoxious agents in Denver and thought it was company policy to be unhelpful or just downright rude. I was proven wrong at the flagstaff airport agency. The two agents we spoke with could not have done more for us.
