Worse store ever. I got my reservation confirmed before lunch and went to the store to pick up the car in the evening. The attendant said no cars available and the only one available was an electric vehicle but then someone on the phone told her to not release the car due maintenance lock. I'm ok with that but really this is not my fault. They should contact the neighbor store and get the car upfront if they knew there would be no car available. This store has zero cars to rent. This place literally doesn’t even deserve a star. There’s one worker, no cars at all. I witnessed multiple people come angry with all their reservations getting canceled. Worker promised us that a car would be available this morning after we were suppose to get it yesterday. Delayed our entire trip and weren’t compensated at all. How ridiculous is it to expect cars to be available at a *car rental* company???

Witnessed the only employee on-site lock up the store and use a rental car to pick up her dinner. I needed a car because my own car had to go into the shop. Picking up the car was okay. Based on what the staff were saying to one another, I learned the car they were renting to me had just been returned from another rental. They informed me I would need to wait a couple minutes for them to sanitize the interior and that due to weather and their garage not being operable, the exterior would not be cleaned. Alright, hear me out. This place has a lot of negative reviews but my experience wasn’t all that bad. I called ahead to make sure that my car was available which helped. I was on hold for a while but they were really busy and when I called back they were so nice and very apologetic. One thing that I don’t understand is why they take $500 extra dollars when you pay with debit. It’s refunded but a huge annoyance. The manager AJ And his team) was very good during the check out and return. The vehicle, unfortunately, was less than perfect. We rented a full-size Chevy van. The passenger sliding door was horrible. It would not open from the outside - someone always had to get inside first in order to open it from the inside. That’s hard when you have other passengers always getting in and out. Secondly, the van’s battery died in PA, and it wouldn’t start.
