Called me an hour before my appointment to tell me they were sold out of cars. Screw you Hertz. You suck. And your terrible manager you have representing you also sucks. Unbelievable this company is still in business after sucking for at least the last decade.

If I could give zero o would . My son reserved a vehicle online when we went to pick it up the worker there said he didn’t have any vehicles . I told him there are 6 vehicles in the lot . He said those were already rented .keep in mind It was 15 mins before closing . I told him we are here the people who supposedly rented what’s on The lot is not . He then says the people who rented them has the keys and will come back later after they close . I find that highly unlikely . I feel like he was tired and did not want to process... read more

They could use some training on customer service. Only communicated via voice calls --- but they were short, cut me off mid sentence, and just overall not very professional. Maybe this is the new "normal" but it's sad to see.

AJ and his staff are best in class. This location gets me in and out quickly. They are always professional and customer focused. Keep up the good work.
