Awful experience both here and the Madison Heights location. Over booked and did not have my vehicle at the Sterling Heights location, sent me to Madison Heights and they tried to charge me for a separate booking all together. When I called them out on it they said it is the problem of your third party (booking.com) and they could do nothing about it. Keep in mind, if anything goes wrong, you are on your own. They are not there to provide service, just collect your money.
Anthony was a big help to me during this rough time of not having my car patient put me in the car I needed and any time u called with questions or for assistance he was ready to help. Showed excellent customer service
The rental pick up/drop off was quick and efficient. The staff were great! Car was better than I had expected with lots of options.
The car I reserved was unavailable. Had to settle for the only car available. Had to go into the snow storm with 2wd. Exterior was so dirty that safety sensors were out of commission. No windshield fluid.
Now why would it say you’re open on Saturday until 12, and nobody is there and doors locked at 10am!? This is very inconvenient, yall also had me on hold for 30 minutes yesterday when I called I had to hang up never spoke to anyone. Let me find somewhere else to go because this is insane.
