I had out of country visitors. Booked a 8 seater. Called them day before and they told me they don't have one. Tried to sell me 5 seater at price 3x higher than the 8 seater I booked. They ruined the entire trip for my guests that came out of country. This was 4th of July holiday so it was not pleasant. No wonder this place has 2 stars. A real scam. Why book 8nseater if you don't have one? To scam you into something else.....horrible experience.
I will award a 1 Star only because I don’t think I could give them less. The service has been ok but the quality of vehicles and the cleanliness of the vehicles has been less than ok. Dirty interior and exterior and the smell of the vehicles (between just being smelly and the stench of weed) in the last couple cars I’ve rented from here is just not acceptable.
