Matt is very friendly! Had me in and out in under 10 mins, I highly recommend this place I had a great experience and I will be using them only !
Terrible access, definitely DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Had to go because the rental car I was put in was having engine troubles, for my convenience I got to waste an hour and half of my time trying to switch to a functional vehicle and the men that were there couldn't be bothered to do their job.

Hertz is pretty good for rental cars - but this location is absolutely terrible. The woman working is obviously unhappy here. Go somewhere else.
Do not rent from them, they will charge you $200 for a smoking fee when you don't even smoke and they don't give you a refund. Not to mention, I actually rented my car from the Center Line location and when I arrived to pick up the car. They didn't have any. That were driveable because they all needed oil changes except for a car but I reserved and prepaid for a SUV. So I had to drive to the sterling heights location to get SUV. Then got screwed out of $200 saying the car smelled like smoke but no one smoked in the car!
