I booked a Manager's Special, it was supposed to be an EV though they told me they did not have one at the pick up time. They gave me a gas car, charged me an extra fee for that crappy car and and to complete their poor service it was an smoker's car!! No surprise you are full of "1" reviews
On my way to pick up vehicle due to me making a prior reservation. Deshaun miller calls me and states the vehicle I requested is not available. So I get to the location because he states he can help with something else. He than gives me run down of the rental policy which was fine. There was an issue with me being able to get the rental. Huge shoutout to Nahji at Hertz! He truly saved the day for me. I came in needing a vehicle that could haul my two motorcycles, and without hesitation, he went above and beyond to get me into a truck that was perfect for the job. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free. Thanks to Naghi, what could have been a big headache turned into a smooth and easy process. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend Hertz and especially Nahji to anyone in need of a rental.
