Hertz agent at the counter was very helpful on this rental.
Waited over two hours to get a car, completely disrupting and up ending my schedule for the day. The delay had significant knock on negative effects for the rest of the day. There was no line or bottleneck at the other desks. Lesson learned.
Arrived with a reservation booked weeks in advance. No cars were available, and the employees working didn't know when a car would be available. Dozens of customers were sitting around waiting, and I was quoted anywhere between 45 min to 2 hours. The employees at the desk also refused to cancel my reservation, so I had to call customer service myself to cancel. Horrible experience.
