This location and the company, for that matter, is unprofessional and unhelpful. The counter agent I was (un)assisted by would not accept a major credit card for my rental despite it being issued by a US bank. She provided no explanation regarding why my credit card was unacceptable, but instead proceeded to give me the 1800 number for Hertz customer service to receive assistance, although I was standing right in front of her. I return the car mistaken one day early and I adked Hertz if I can get it back but they said the contract was close that they cannot give me another vehicle. They charge me 128 dollars for one day rental...sad!!! Never again!

Hertz always delivers a good product. I've rented from Hertz around the world I appreciate their professionalism and their timeliness.

Very clear operation to charge customers for insignificant damage. I was hit with a $50 charge for a tiny windshield scratch that was almost invisible. They have a dedicated employee that spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find something. Never experienced anything like it. Employees at check-in and checkout were extremely rude.

1. Vehicles with no keys in the row - confusing to customers who are told to pick any car from that row, then told "no, that one has no key" 2. Only SUV available for me had terrible scratches all over the front of the hood and I was told I would have to take my own pictures to ensure I would not be blamed for that upon return! 3.
