Reserved a car just to have to wait 45 minutes is absolutely ridiculous!!! You shouldn’t let the reservation be placed if you DO NOT have the cars to fill those spots!!! Will definitely be using another rental company next time!!

I apologize for not remembering her name. But I arrived to pick up a rental a little after 10PM on Friday September 4, 2026. The female agent had long beautiful locks and she was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to assist me.
From booking to picking up and returning the vehicle, my experience was drama free! The car was clean and smoke free! And, the price was right. Nothing more to ask for!
