An hour into my drive in a 2026 Chevrolet Trax with 7899 miles on it the air conditioner quit putting out cool air. When I called they told me I had to drive 2 hours (July in SoEast Missouri) to trade the car. Or find an authorized repair shop...all of which are also a 2 hour drive. When I asked them to pick it up I was told I would still be charged since the car was drivable.
Hertz has a lot of great cars to make a selection from. This location is very clean very fast and customer service is excellent. I enjoy the cars like the service and reception is great every time. When I book either leisure or business I recommend this place of business in renting vehicles!
The most scam company on the market... fraud alert paid charges excess of 750 from debit card 2 years ago... claim they didn't get it... even though I disputed and won they still took the money 30 days later and claim I still owe even after my debit card was negative hundreds of dollars. they will steal the money one way or another
