Worst staff. The workers are rude and have an attitude about everything. Extremely unhelpful and poor service.
Rented a vehicle from this location twice this year (2025 )on two seperate occasions. both cars were filthy apon pickup and low on feul
An hour into my drive in a 2026 Chevrolet Trax with 7899 miles on it the air conditioner quit putting out cool air. When I called they told me I had to drive 2 hours (July in SoEast Missouri) to trade the car. Or find an authorized repair shop...all of which are also a 2 hour drive. When I asked them to pick it up I was told I would still be charged since the car was drivable.
