Was told that my insurance company didn’t cover the insurance on the rental. I was then charged for all coverage for the vehicle during my rental Just to find out my insurance does cover the rental. Spent hours trying to get a hold of someone for a refund, could not get a hold of any human only automated systems. Was charged almost $1000 after already reserved and paid online for a three day rental. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Terrible policies and employees.
