Weird and not so nice experience. Arrived at our reserved time and no one was there. We called and waited. We were given the "discount mystery car" that we booked. It was an EV with only 35% charge when we picked it up. The car did not hold a charge well and we spent hours and dollars charging it the week we had it. Best, when we returned the car the facility was closed, as in permanently. The door was locked, furniture was gone, no phone. Had a reservation and confirmed over telephone that I’ll be picking up the car. When I came there they told me they don’t have any cars available and I’d need to wait 2 hours. Poor service

I’ve always rented from enterprise in the past. Right now I’ve actually had a car from enterprise for 4 weeks, and needed to extend another 4. Before confirming I figured I’d do some price checking first. While doing that I realized with my AAA membership I was automatically put into Gold Plus Status with Hertz, and they are only about 2 miles from my job. Great staff with great customer service. It was fantastic to work with Bryon. The car was ready for pickup as promised, clean and ready to go. The return process was simple and efficient as well. Could not recommend this location and Byron enough. We had a reservation at another hertz location that failed to provide us with any car and told us they can’t do anything. Bryon and the hertz Vancouver location was very helpful when this happened. Choose this location!

I like enterprise better. These are the issues I had with this Hertz location. 1)They are not open on the weekends. 2)They said I was getting a Toyota Corolla. They gave me a Nissan Rogue. 3) I asked what the MPG for the Rogue was. They said they didn't know. They should know their products. 4) They wanted to charge me the extra days, that were not approved by my insurance. They told me to call my insurance. When I contacted my insurance they said Hertz should have contacted them directly for approval. I used Enterprise afte... read more
