Horrible experiencia! Nos dieron un coche con un gran chinazo, agujero en el cristal delantero, se negaron a cambiarlo, estaba sucio por fuera y por dentro. Dijeron que estaba lleno de gasolina y lo devolvieramos lleno y al arrancar vemos que estaba solo un cuarto del depósito....muy mal llevado está agencia por si manager, no lo recomiendo.

when we received the car it was dirty and windsheild had a long broken line from the middle already and wiper of the car was so bad that did not work properly during the rain and feels uncomfortable while driving because of the seat and i feel fuel consumption also bad. Car was good as expected ! Staff not really welcoming and car booked for opening time (8am) not ready. Excuse was that it was an overnight return and had to be prepared first. I'm used to much better service in other Hertz locations. If you need to process the cars returned overnight, just get the staff to clock in 1h earlier and take care of them to be ready at the time of the contract.

Would definetly recommend this rental store. We actually had a reservation at another rental company, but they didn‘t except our debit card, so we had to look for something different. We went to the Hertz store and they helped us out. We could directly take a matching car for a week and their pricing was really fair. The employee Sabit was really friendly and did everything he could to help us out. He did a great job and saved our holiday! Thanks so much!!
