I’m spending the weekend here in Calgary with my husband and we decided to use the Hertz services to rent a car! - Great decision! - This morning we had the pleasure to be helped by the Management Associate Sabit Bin Islam, who with a big smile and all the kindness guided us through the process that was needed. Sabit, keep smiling, you made our day great!
Very impressed with this rental location for my first time in Calgary, among the best I've visited as a Hertz Presidents' Circle member. The employees treated me well, provided clear answers on the phone, and stayed consistent to their promises in person. I am truly happy with the service here and wouldn't hesitate to rent from here again!

Bad experience with Hertz here just now. I came early to pick up my reserved car at 12.45pm. The scheduled pick up is at 1pm. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring my physical Class 5 Interim Slip with me, although I did have the picture of the slip in phone. I admit that, I should have bring the slip and accepted that I will not be able to pick up the car.
