Bad experience with Hertz here just now. I came early to pick up my reserved car at 12.45pm. The scheduled pick up is at 1pm. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring my physical Class 5 Interim Slip with me, although I did have the picture of the slip in phone. I admit that, I should have bring the slip and accepted that I will not be able to pick up the car. Really awful customer service experience — inefficient, unhelpful, and extremely frustrating. We booked and paid for a car online for 11 days, but when we came to pick it up, the rental was denied because our driver’s licenses were Ukrainian with an official English translation. Under Canadian law, these licenses are valid for driving, but the consultant refused to provide the car without an International Driving Permit. Great counter support from the staffs.
Horrible experiencia! Nos dieron un coche con un gran chinazo, agujero en el cristal delantero, se negaron a cambiarlo, estaba sucio por fuera y por dentro. Dijeron que estaba lleno de gasolina y lo devolvieramos lleno y al arrancar vemos que estaba solo un cuarto del depósito....muy mal llevado está agencia por si manager, no lo recomiendo.
