I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle but was unable to do so because I hold an Ontario G2 license. While I understand that companies have policies, this requirement was never explained to me in advance. I have rented cars from different company four times before without any issues, so this was both unexpected and frustrating. Took car rental last week here at this location. Cannot recall the name of the male staff but kudos to him for providing us an excellent service! We flew from Toronto and chose this location over the YYC airport due to cheaper prices. The wait times were really less. The vehicle we asked was not available but the agent gave us another bigger one as an upgrade which helped us a lot! I would highly recommend this venue as it is just 20 mins from airport and can get considerable lower rates compared to the airport prices.. al... read more
