We had a very disappointing experience renting a car in Calgary. 4101 Macleod Trail South When we made our reservation, the price shown was one amount. About three weeks before our trip, Expedia notified us that Hertz had informed them of a mandatory one-way fee of CAD 54.78, which would be charged at pickup. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HERTZ ON MACLEOD TRAIL South Calgary I wish I could give them ZERO star Absolutely terrible experience with the Hertz location on Macleod Trail. The staff were extremely rude, dismissive, deceptive, and dishonest. I called before coming to the location and was specifically told what type of vehicle I would be getting. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The process was so easy and the value was amazing for the time and distance I needed the vehicle for!
Everything was great except the rental doesn't have a gps for a 2026 and no where for me too hook my phone on an attachment to see my map on my phone... Plan B, I have a co pilot to direct me The car screen take up the whole space. Other wise great staff and service
