Through our travel agent we had requested a rental car of a size similar to a Grand Cherokee or Ford Explorer. In Vancouver, Canada we were given a monster Ford Expedition far beyond our needs. The car was clean and showed no major problems during our trip. The problems came about upon returning the car. We agreed that we would take the car with the fuel that was already in it which was about 50% full. We returned the car in Calgary, Canada with a similar amount of fuel in the tank. Honestly, good pricing and nice people
Excellent customer service and friendly staff!
Avoid this location at all costs. I originally booked a Tesla on two separate occasions. Both times, the agents gave ridiculous excuses—claiming the previous owners hadn’t returned the plates—and forced me into a substitute 2024 Toyota Sienna instead. The substitute vehicle already had visible damages when they handed me the keys. When I returned it, they blamed the wear on me, despite their own employee logging that I was completely unaware of any incident because no collision ever happened.
