Car was a Toyota Prious. Drove it for one block and car steering wheel was pulling heavy to the left. Went back and attendant told me it was and safe. He old him to put on notes that car was out of alignment. Once driving that car it was horrible to drive. And again they couldn’t do anything. Never again.
We did our 5-day car rental at Hertz Horizon Auto Center instead of going to Calgary airport. Made a right choice and experienced very good service at this Horizon Auto Center. We didn’t have to wait for long lines, and Mr. Mohsin, the Manager helped us all through. The staff there are all polite and friendly. We got a 2026 year new car, with extremely low milage and all in excellent condition. Returning process was also simple, quick and easy. They are flexible in returning time too.
