Hidden charges - They “forget” to mention their vehicles don’t have e-tags so they can charge renters a steep flat admin fee (+tolls) if you use citylink/east link. Hertz has a company account with Citylink/Eastlink so you can’t pay Linkt directly after the trip to avoid the admin fee. A cute little scam.
Service is A+ Great vehicles nice and clean Highly recommend
Fantastic customer service from Jessica, thankyou. Looked after us when our booked vehicle didn't come in on time, and tranferred us to an upgraded vehicle type so we could still move house on the day. Even set aside another van the next day for us incase we needed it. Thanks Jessica! Would definitely recommend this office, and would come back again.
