1-During the rental, the trunk wouldn't open, so we called the Hertz help line and they get us roadside assistance. Then we were charged $400 when we had already paid for full coverage. I called to find out why, and they told me that I needed to order roadside service with Hertz when that is what we did. 2-When attempted to return the car at the Melbourne Airport it took me 20 minutes to find the entrance to the return area, which caused me to circle the carport 4 times. 3-After returning the car to the contracted location, ... read more

We had a lot of trouble with a third party rental company. Blake went out of his way to help us out. Would rent again.

Worst customer service ever. I booked a 12 seat van a week in advance and was given less than 2 hours notice that it had to be cancelled and then I had to call another number to get my refund. I then had to find another company that had the same thing, thank god for Avis who sorted me out. If this had been in reverse and I cancelled I would have had to pay regardless. Don’t waste your time with Hertz Dandenong
