Very happy friendly staff at the desk for collection and return of vehicles. Vehicles were OK and clean however 2 out of 3 times there was no water in the windscreen washers.
Paije at Hertz Airport should not be in customer service. Our car was provided 45 minutes late, and when we requested a refund due to the delay, she showed no concern. Instead of apologising, she simply shrugged her shoulders. She was super frustrated. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.
I had a faultless and easy experience with Hertz while in Townsville, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you!

You will die calling them but they will never pick up a call. Never ever had this problem with hertz at other locations.
