Got off the phone with Jade who I believe works the counter - amazing customer service whilst behaving like a normal human trying to help someone else with an issue and not some corporate drone. Went beyond her normal responsibilities to help me with a complicated booking, including trying to input it into the system multiple times when there were errors.

Pick up was seamless, great customer service new vehicle, but best of all was staff honesty. I left a pair of very expensive headphones in the car. I contacted hertz, headphones were located and posted back to me.

Won’t be renting from these guys again. Picked up my car the next day the tire was flat - they gave me a tire with a screw in it. I’m just glad I was staying local however had to bring the car back. I was in communication with Paige and she needs to get re trained she was unable to help me enquiry about if the car was covered under insurance and she said “I only know how to sell it, not what it includes” and hung up on me. Now they have taken my bond for no reason.
