Needs a better office space, nice staff
Great service and very easy pick up and return procedure.
Great car easy enough process , just wanted to extend our rental period but couldn't get in contact , phones wouldn't answer. Central location. Good overall experience with hertz surfers paradise.
So pleased and thankful for the superb service provided by Camilla and Maria despite the office closed at 5pm however they are willing go wait for us for 10 minutes and let us refill the petrol at Shell. We are so sorry and really greatful for your kind gestures. Well done to the both of you👍👏❤️
