Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car hire! The lady had my name spelt incorrectly on the paperwork and didn’t want to change it. Then when we received the paperwork to mark any pre existing damage to the car she never took me to the car and said she had recorded it all however there was no mention of anything on the paperwork. They can't explain why they charge this amount of money, when you return the car they will pay you less. Basic rip off.

今月頭にブリスベン空港への乗り捨てで２日間トヨタのフォーチューナーという車をレンタルしました。 新車登録から僅か１ヶ月ほどの車で綺麗で乗りやすい一台でしたが、予約時にレンタル代金と一緒に車両免責補償制度を選択しネット決済で支払いしたにも関わらず店舗で再度徴収されたのは不信に感じました。その際は車のデポジット(２００ドル)と乗り捨て料金(５０ドル)も徴収されましたが、出来ればこれらはネット決済時に支払いできる様にして欲しいところです。 加えてレンタル時にはガソリンが満タンになっていなかった上、サーファーズ店の女性店員の対応があまり良くなくこちらが質問しても早口で返されたりしまいには後に客がいるからさっさと行ってと言わんばかりの対応取られて最悪でした。 ほぼ新車をレンタル出来たという事があり車の状態だけで言えば五つ星評価ですが、スタッフの対応や前記した車両免責補償制度の費用の二重払いで不信感を抱いた為この評価です。
