Kieran was very unhelpful my granddaughter was in hospital and I couldn't pick my car up so I asked if my mum could he said no. I need the car to get to work the next day as mine is in for repair. My car had been in for repair a couple of weeks prior and I asked if my daughter could pick it up as I was at work and the nice lady said yes. I dont understand why I could a few weeks ago and not now. Very disappointing and wont use them again.
Thank you to Hertz HQ for sorting out the full refund for us. However, we wanted to provide feedback on the extremely poor customer service at Hertz Surfers Paradise. We booked a Mazda CX-30 or similar, and were provided with a Haval. Within the first 20 minutes we noticed the Haval’s sensors kept going off, with a constant beeping noise inside the car and a message popping up on the screen. Please do a fever to yourself do t go there, customer service is poor, car are not working. Unbelievable
Do NOT rent a car from this place! Absolute rip off artists and a $5000 excess if you have an car accident during your rental. Will never go back again
