Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the staff (did not catch their name) who helped my family and I out a few weeks ago. After dropping off our hire car, we were waiting for our ride who was late in picking us up. He stayed behind in the pouring rain to help us with our belongings. I hired a car for three days from their surfers paradise station over the Christmas holiday period. When I pick and dropped off the car, the staffs at the front desk were not welcoming, rather don't pay attention to their customers, they flirt each other rather than helping their clients.
