The booking and quality of the vehicle for my booking was really good. Unfortunately I was overcharged over $1100 for additional klms because they split the hire into two periods and didn't apply the klms to the first invoice causing the second to be over the allowance. My card was charged without checking the charges, I phoned customer service who said they couldn't help me and asked me to send an email. Take a photo of your fuel gaude to prove you filled the car up and it’s on full, otherwise they will charge you extra.
