Horrible never use Hurtz Rockhanpton, $200 up front fee that they tell you nothing about. Than had me capped at 150kms when it was ment to be unlimited, And now trying to charge me a tax invoice of $50 for no reason, And when I called and talked about the charge it was for a different date of drop of, Different Person and different address, Absolute joke of a company and I'm still waiting to get called back yet the tax invoices keep coming
Poor. Always overbooked. Never on time. Never have cars available. Will never use again
Making mistakes in my booking and not very well organised. No response no caring of customers. Poor customer service. Owner answered my review and asked to contact with email and I have sent an email and explained the mistakes that hertz made for my booking but again no answer.
