The car stank of cheap air refreshner. I had to put my windows down all the time while driving. The car was new, but lacked power. Staff were friendly.
Worst service I've ever experienced. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I would not recommend renting a car from this company. The entire experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Even when I spoke politely and respectfully, I was met with rude responses and a lack of willingness to help. Customer service was extremely disappointing, and I left feeling very dissatisfied.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hired a car from Hertz for 10 days and returned it with no issues whatsoever. Hertz held the payments as usual, however, upon returning the car, Hertz decided they would take 2x payments of the car hire amount from my bank account - without releasing any of the pending amounts or the bond that I paid. Hertz have been absolutely disappointing to communicate with when trying to resolve the ‘mistake’ they have made.
