Very professional service from start to when I returned the car
Has customer service been forgotten? I booked a single cab ute from Hertz Hendra for 48 hours, with a pickup scheduled at 5:00 PM on Friday. What I didn't know is the branch closes *exactly* at 5:00 PM. Running slightly behind, I called at 4:30 PM to advise I’d arrive at 5:06 PM. I was told not to bother coming and to collect the vehicle first thing Saturday morning at 9:00 AM.
