Absolutely hopeless customer service! 45 minutes waiting to be seen. Atrocious customer service.
Check your speedometer for the kilometres before and after your journey! My rating is not reflective of the direct customer service on pick up and drop off. The team were perfectly pleasant. However, I recently had a rental, and it was on unlimited kilometres so it didn’t matter to me (this isn’t a gripe but to look out for others), where the paperwork recorded 700 kms run in three days. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to access from the main road.
Car was good, just rudest/grumpiest service at both the collection and drop off by the Hertz/Ace manager. So unnecessary in what is already a tricky situation with a car being written off in a storm. Just rude
