The service from Ruth was absolutely amazing. After missing our flight and facing a long, exhausting day, we urgently needed a rental car to get to Airlie Beach and she truly went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness, efficiency, and friendly service completely turned our day around. We’re so grateful for her support and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

They’re thieves, I returned the car perfectly clean, and they still didn’t refund my bond. Even worse, they charged me an extra 81 dollars for no reason. This is the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them
