When we arrived everything seemed to be going okay, we were told we didn’t have insurance by the clerk. It turns out that we did and we were actually buying “premium insurance”. At no point was this presented to us as “premium” or additional cover on top of an existing policy. Instead, it was misrepresented as necessary due to a lack of insurance. Picked up our car yesterday, fuel was half way between the quarter and half mark. Put in over $165 after leaving, returned it the next day just under the full mark, roughly 95% full and was charged over $88 for fuel. So ripped off!
WORST experience will never use them again!! The car we picked up didn’t even have a full tank of petrol the gauge was between a quarter and half full. We then had to go and fill the tank prior to our trip which cost us $169. When we returned it the petrol gauge was just below full and they charged us $88. Clearly this company has expectations of there customers which they can’t even deliver themselves from the start. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
