Disappointing service and poor communication. I was given inaccurate numerous times, and didn’t end up getting the car I booked for. Lucky for me Hertz has lots of competition, I will never use them again. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Fantastic service from start to finish. The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and hassle-free, the car was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were professional and welcoming. Highly recommend Hertz Car Rental.
