Great service and staff were super friendly. Would recommend and will definitely use again.
We were warmly welcomed by the staff at Hertz. They were quite busy at the time but saw to each customer’s needs with a smile and high energy. We were unfamiliar with the area and the staff ensured we knew what to expect regarding tolls and the best way to navigate to our destination. The best part was that once they realised where we were travelling to, they upgraded our vehicle to ensure we were comfortable. Definitely recommend.
Worst customer service and management is very rude and arrogant. They have charged cleaning amount from credit card without my consent. I was there for 15min and someone checked the car thoroughly and informed everything is fine and deposit amount $200 will be refunded within 2 to 3 business days and later they ripped off with unreasonable charges.
