Flight was delayed and ended up driving to my destination from NC. This location called to check on me to see if I still needed the car. The guy was very polite and really appreciate that.
Wish I'd read the reviews. Hertz called to confirm my afternoon pickup, then never showed up. Been stranded at the body shop for more than an hour. Their phones don't work, automatically.hanging up when you call.
Arrived and being informed that no vehicle available. Apparently the man at the counter was very negligent and filled with lies to cover up their work mistakes.
