Can’t believe this place it’s stuck in the 1990 Witt BSA hertz policies that are American styled and don’t fit the market the management team should give there head a wobble an look at where they operate and adhere to market conditions. The staff are widely under trained and no experienced a very pushy to the point if they have something then want it Is a one way street. You advised or ask a question the sit and sulk while say on stools like a spoilt child while eating tonnes of sweets to the point you can’t understand them.... read more
Great car rental experience! The staff was helpful and the car was clean and ready on time. Everything was easy and quick. Would rent again for sure.
Difficult cumbersome administration process...so many extras not included in the " sticker price "....driving the truck was the best part...
