Hertz has a very scammy policy with fuel charges. I returned the car full and was still charged for a refueling cost and after sending them receipts that I refueled the car I still have not been refunded. Very frustrating, misleading, and dishonest. I will never rent from Hertz again.

Enterprise didn't have a car for us although we had reservations. Chris at Hertz Yakima got us a car quickly. Mahalo Chris!
Don’t using Hertz. They charged me special cleaning for smoking. But I’m not smoker. At the Pick up l mentioned to staff that has smoke odor in side the car. They told me gonna record to system. But they didn’t record. After drop off inspection they said that has smoke odor so they charged to me $500 special cleaning fee. If you smell some odor or have issues on the car? Back to main desk immediately tell them and KEEP HOLD RCORD PAPER UNTIL FINAL.
