I don’t have enough space to write how amazing this location is! Where do I start they stayed open late for me and spent over an hour making sure I was able to get a car after driving from tricites to this location. Chris was so nice and helpful! Such a smooth, easy process! The customer service provided by Moise and Chris was AMAZING! They were both incredibly friendly and very helpful. Excellent customer service will always make me a repeat customer. The car was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use this company again when I return to the area.
Hertz has a very scammy policy with fuel charges. I returned the car full and was still charged for a refueling cost and after sending them receipts that I refueled the car I still have not been refunded. Very frustrating, misleading, and dishonest. I will never rent from Hertz again.
