When I arrived, Kris was the only attendant working and was handling a busy stream of customers picking up and dropping off vehicles. On top of that, he was doing all of this while wearing an ankle boot due to a recent injury. Chris was very helpful and provided excellent service! The setup was fast and easy—I had the keys in less than 15 minutes after signing the documents and getting a quick explanation of the insurance options and company policies. Great experience with Hertz!
This summer I rented a car from Hertz at the airport. Chris and Moese made sure my trip was smooth. I was going to another state to bury my Grandpa. They gave me a sweet ride that got great gas mileage and was comfortable for all the driving I did. It was a smooth process getting my car and returning it! Thank you!
