We rented a car online. Spent 30 minutes inside. The attendant didn’t have our reservation & struggled to input the information in the system. Attendant informed us the rental would be dirty. When they finally succeeded, the amount charged was $350/day instead of total. We were asked to wait longer while the manager arrived to help. Another woman who arrived before us also stood waiting the entire time because she told us she only had digital credit cards with her. We ended up leaving without a rental.

If you're going to rent a car in the flathead valley, I would highly recommend Hertz!! They also do a great job with the whitefish snowbus/school's systems

Terrible experience from start to finish. Vehicle was rented to me completely filthy because they said they didn’t have anyone there to clean it. Kids car seats (from previous renter?) were still in the car and when I asked them to remove them, the backseat was covered in goldfish crackers and other snacks. I ended up returning the vehicle early because the tires were so bald that it didn’t feel safe to drive.
