Very last minute and Hertz was able to get me into the perfect vehicle. It was that 20 min. It took with them that made a huge difference and saved my family vacation from being an uncomfortable experience. 10/10. The customer service was great and I won’t bother going anywhere else if I need a rental from now on.
Service was great, as well as the person who waited on me. Very satisfied with the vehicle she suggested. Would request anyone to go to Hertz for car rental!!!
Absolutely horrible service. Booked the car for 8:30am, nobody showed up to work until 9am, we waited 30 minutes standing at the counter and he came out and told us he had to take the woman standing behind us first. We waited over an hour! Absolutely ridiculous
Great customer service, very accommodating and friendly. Adding an update, Marcus is great. I rent regularly from this location and he's always super helpful and friendly. 10/10 will rent again.
