Never rent from here. She ignores the Hertz online reservation system, leaves the desk empty by 11 am, and refuses to honor any reservations made. Terrible service and a terrible attitude.

Alexis at Hertz this morning was my HERO! My parents rented a car from the airport location, and I’m 25 years old, so having older parents who are not as mobile as me we had some discrepancy in how we wanted to spend the days on the island while we are here. I’m all about hiking fishing and the water, they are lounge by the pool kind of people. Very reasonably priced rentals, intended mostly for people who live here and either have their car in the repair shop or has been in an accident.Persons used auto insurance seem to get priority But the person running the small is fairly prejudice or something! I am a white person making me a minority in a place I’ve lived 35 years.
