I recently had an excellent experience with Hertz, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Alexis and AMA. From the moment I walked into the rental location, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine willingness to assist. My car was being worked on and there was a miscommunication. Alexis is a true professional! She followed up & clarified with me. She even went above & beyond on her own time! I'm grateful for her kindness & patience. She also ensured I had the right car; one that I'd be happy with (compact, clean, no issues). Imo, Alexis is a great asset to Hertz. She's a great representative of the company & ensures customers are happy!
Alexis went above and beyond to arrange a rental car at short notice for me and my husband. The rate was very reasonable, and we even received an upgrade to an SUV (Jeep Compass). The vehicle was sparkling clean. Alexis had a driver pick us up from our Airbnb in Waialua to take us to the Hertz office in Waipahu. I'm extremely impressed by Alexis' kindness to strangers. Highly recommend Hertz Waipahu!
The Hertz location was quick and easy to get in and out of. They also gave me a ride back to my hotel after drop off which was very nice. Would recommend in the future.
We were treated with aloha here. We thought we booked at airport location and didn't. They called us to make sure we could find the location and offered to shuttle us back to the airport when we explained our mix up. Service was wonderful and we are so grateful they helped make the rental process easy for us!
