We had great experience Ms Funaki was amazing, she was very nice to us and even though we were frustrated we though we didn't need a rental coming in she just knew what she was doing great customer service she made are day with laughter. Also she got us a nice vehicle that we actually enjoyed well my nephew did more but in all she just was very nice and very professional. And a great attitude and we will come again to see her

I had an insurance claim, had to go to this location to rent a vehicle. I worked with Alexis at the front and she was extremely nice and had my car set up at made sure to add my points to my gold member account. It was very refreshing to talk with her and have someone to help me immediately. I feel all this is the reason why I’m a gold member at Hertz. In addition, she gave me a bottle of water. Good people, good experience, good time. Alexis made this happen.

Never rent from here. She ignores the Hertz online reservation system, leaves the desk empty by 11 am, and refuses to honor any reservations made. Terrible service and a terrible attitude.

Excellent service! Very helpful. Accommodated to our family’s situation.
