My experience with vestal parkway keys location and staff was exemplary.
Hertz rental car a Nissan Kicks was a very uncomfortable ride for the level we chose. We felt every bump on the road.
The Hertz site link will have you rent through here if you say you're flying through Binghamton, the location is miles away from the airport and there's no transportation provided to get between the two. I also called several times and they failed to answer.
