Do Not Rent From Hertz! No Cars even though I had a reservation booked for weeks. Even said they have a phone number fir the airport location but no one answers it. Called customer service and got the run around multiple times. BAD BAD BAD.
Was set to pick up at 4:30pm got a call day of pickup at 2:45pm to tell me they couldn't accommodate my reservation because they were out of cars. no apologies and told me I had to call a 800 number to cancel my reservation. I was dumbfounded. Worst experience I've ever had with any company.

Great experience every time I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and the staff is great always.. some times it’s busy but it’s worth the wait
