Was set to pick up at 4:30pm got a call day of pickup at 2:45pm to tell me they couldn't accommodate my reservation because they were out of cars. no apologies and told me I had to call a 800 number to cancel my reservation. I was dumbfounded. Worst experience I've ever had with any company.

Never will I ever rent from Hertz again. This was my first and last time. The Nissan Rogue air went out while traveling to Florida with my family. We were 100 miles from our destination ( Orlando) with no air. The vehicle was not clean. The manager proved to me she did not care. She was concerned with what Hertz did in Florida instead of acknowledging the problem started due to the vehicle I received from her location. The previous renter personal identification was left in the vehicle....Which I will reach out to him myself... read more
