Never will I ever rent from Hertz again. This was my first and last time. The Nissan Rogue air went out while traveling to Florida with my family. We were 100 miles from our destination ( Orlando) with no air. The vehicle was not clean. The manager proved to me she did not care. She was concerned with what Hertz did in Florida instead of acknowledging the problem started due to the vehicle I received from her location. The previous renter personal identification was left in the vehicle....Which I will reach out to him myself... read more
1-Star Review Location: Hertz Local Edition – Southaven, MS I’ve rented from this location many times, but my recent experience on Tuesday was beyond disappointing. I had a reservation for an electric vehicle, and upon arrival, I noticed the lone employee walk outside to move a vehicle to the back and start washing it.
