I take responsibility for continuing to make reservations at this location despite my previous experiences. However, I feel it is important to express my ongoing frustration. Unfortunately, it seems that no matter the time of year, this location consistently does not have the vehicle class that was reserved. From the moment I received the vehicle, the experience fell below what any reasonable customer would expect from a national rental company. The vehicle was not properly cleaned, and the fuel tank was not full at the time of pickup. I accepted the vehicle in good faith, trusting that the rental process would be handled fairly and professionally. Southaven HERTZ knocked it out of the park on my recent car rental, everything was excellent, no problems. I highly recommend Southaven hertz
