The one who picks up your call is rude and an absolute tool.
Absolutely horrible experience. Claimed I never dropped off the vehicle and got charged over $2,000 for late fees two weeks later. NO ONE IS THERE. AVOID.
Worst customer service ever received!! I went to get a weekly rate for the next holidays, she never asked me my age, name, or what kind of driver's license I have, she just told me the amount that was very high compared to the other companies, when I asked her to send that to my email so I can check the details she said that was impossible. Now I understand why this place has such a bad score. Never go there is a loss of time!!
