This place is horrible. Can't get anywhere online through their website. I tried multiple ways with no success. I then decided to call the phone number. Once I final get ahold of an employee he states that he doesn't know the pricing and he can only guess. I asked him, hey what would you charge me if I walked off the street for your cheapest car right now. He says the price will be different. My rental was being managed by my insurance company while my vehicle was in the shop after an accident. I called Hertz prior to when I planned on picking up my rental (I called 24 hours prior) to see if I needed to specify when I would be there so I would have a car available for me. I was told no I do not need to make a “reservation” of sorts or let them know I was coming and that when I came I would only need my ID and a $200 deposit. They told me to book for a uber rental that u had to book it through the uber app , so I did and I drove an hour for them to tell me that they didn’t have any and that it was first come first serve ! Absolutely ridiculous, I wouldn’t ever recommend these people
