They are only open till 11 and tonight when I arrived in my car at the exit at 10:58pm there was no one there to let me leave. They knew I was coming. Car was prepaid and they still left early and blocked the exits. Horrible customer service. You lost me today as a customer Hertz.
Little to no help from the front desk
They charge my card but no one give me car 🤬
Didn't have any cars like they were supposed too. Had to pay extra and then at drop off, there was no place to return as they were backed up. Don't rent cars at Richmond Airport. Thos whole thing is a scam by the rental car companies to provide the minimum amount of service.
