I made an appointment online and called the following morning to make sure there was a car available because I've had problems in the past and the lady that answered the phone seemed like I was interrupting whatever she was doing didn't really seem happy to help me or even be at work. I booked a few cars over this past month and on my last rental I was told I would be getting the promotion on their website for 2 free days if rental was 5+ days. Come to find out the guy messed up and I was told to call customer service and they could fix it. However, after calling and speaking to 4 different people that dont communicate well in English I was told they cant do anything now and have to do it later. Customer service needs to improve. I was told to make sure to return the car with a tank full of gas -which I did. However, when I took the car the tank WAS NOT FULL. Their pictures proved that, but I did not want to argue over $7.00 extra I paid in gas. The words they say are not as important to me, what do you expect for a low-paid employee. First off, just imagine asking questions and being answered with either, “No” or “I can’t answer that.” This happened in every conversation I had with them on phone, and with two of their employees in person. On top of that, they have a large parking lot in the back but you can’t leave your car over night. So I had to drive my car into the neighborhood and walk back to use my rental car. So inconvenient.
