I reserved a car almost a week ahead of time. I was told a price that I pay when I pick up the rental car. I get there early and the representative asked for my drivers license. I give it to her. Then she told me it was going to be $271. When I asked why she said there’s a deposit. Of $200 which was never disclosed. Then I said fine and ran my card. It was approved for $571. I asked why it says $571 she said oh is that a debt card. I said yes it is a visa debt card. She said oh well it’s a $500 deposit if you use a debit car... read more

I made an appointment online and called the following morning to make sure there was a car available because I've had problems in the past and the lady that answered the phone seemed like I was interrupting whatever she was doing didn't really seem happy to help me or even be at work. I booked a few cars over this past month and on my last rental I was told I would be getting the promotion on their website for 2 free days if rental was 5+ days. Come to find out the guy messed up and I was told to call customer service and they could fix it. However, after calling and speaking to 4 different people that dont communicate well in English I was told they cant do anything now and have to do it later. Customer service needs to improve. I was told to make sure to return the car with a tank full of gas -which I did. However, when I took the car the tank WAS NOT FULL. Their pictures proved that, but I did not want to argue over $7.00 extra I paid in gas. The words they say are not as important to me, what do you expect for a low-paid employee.
