Don’t go here. The “representative “ who is working here doesn’t show up until an hour after opening. Car was reserved several days ahead and was not cleaned. Only thing left was a ford and not the “manager special” and she tried pressuring me not to take it because it was a “gas powered vehicle” as she emphasized: (special was apparently a Tesla )only needed to get my daughter to chemo. Normally i love renting from Hertz because I can earn Marriott bonvoy points. And for the most part i have gotten good customer service here. But this last time i rented an electric vehicles and went to idaho. When i got back it is taking 33 hours to charge in my garage.

This location should be closed completely. Rented a car well in advance, was late picking it up so they rented it to someone else. They offered to give me the only other car on the lot but would charge DOUBLE THE PRICE.
