Crappy service the SECOND TIME I GOT WHAT I DIDN'T RESERVE AND NOW I HAVE TO LEAVE AND THE EMPLOYEE IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT IF I COULD LEAVE NO RATING I WOULD..DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I rented a mini van for a day. When I returned it at 8am, I had forgotten to check the entire van and I left a large Igloo cooler in the back. That night, when I realized what I had done, I called and left a message. The next morning, I was informed that the van was sent to Easton and was checked there. They found no cooler, so they say. My point being that somewhere in that sting of Hertz employees there is a thief and Hertz made no effort to help retrieve my property.
I made reservations two weeks ago and they don't have a car. For us this morning. Not to professional of a place. Well after this review they gave us most of our money back. Three Star now.
