Love going to Hertz in Murrysville pa. Let’s say Maria Egenlauf is amazing her computer went down and she had like 6 customers waiting. Not once did she panic or get rude to the customers. She had to do everything by hand and still did it with a smile..

Week’s vacation, we rented the 2025 Nissan Rouge … beautiful suv… ran smooth and it was very clean. No issues. Only thing I didn’t know was that to get a larger SUV you needed a credit card. But at the end of the day I was pleased with what we had! I’d definitely use Hertz in Murrysville again … thanks again !

Had a pre-paid reservation weeks in advance. Was notified 24 hours before pick up that the 12 passenger van was not available. And that “I” had to cancel the reservation, which meant I would lose my money because “I” canceled in less than 24 hours. I asked for replacement of the van and was told that I would have to pay additional money. The size of the replacement vehicles, which totaled to 12 passengers, but the storage space was half of what the van would have had. I had to pay more to get less.
