I picked up my car on a Saturday for a two week rental for a road trip. I really felt bad for the guy at the counter because he was working all alone. Meaning, he had to check clients in and then go out, get the vehicle they were renting then wash & vacuum it. That's a lot for one person. He did a really good job and remained calm and cool while three people were waiting. He was friendly, found my online reservation and got my car with no issues. The vehicle was in great shape with under 10K miles when I picked it up. It was clean inside and out, and it was a comfortable ride. The pick-up and drop-off processes were both pretty easy and hassle-free. All in all, it was a good rental experience.

I had a charge discrepancy on a rental that took place in Apr 2025. It's now mid Aug 2025 and I'm still being told "it takes 4-6 weeks to get a refund". I was first told it would take 2-3 weeks. I called today during normal business hours and let the phone ring for 18 minutes before someone picked up. Both Maria and Gary told me multiple times their manager would take care of it.
