Everything was just right. Great vehicle and fantastic service.
Just great
Received a car with no tags and the papers taped to the rear windshield. I came back and mentioned it and was told it’s okay thats how it’s done up here. Had to re tape it since its was falling off. On my way to return i was pulled over! I show the officer said paper and it was missing dates regarding hertz purchasing it. He runs the vin and see everything is up to order. Im told it seems this a result of corners being cut. I am let go with a warning but still this is ridiculous!
Michelle was awesome gave us the proper direction and helped with every question we had . She had great customer service skills.
