Michelle is the reason I am writing this review. I receive excellent customer service from Hertz Everytime I do business with them. Michelle always gives me excellent service and works with me to help accommodate my car renting experience. Not just once or twice but every time I do business with Hertz in Williston ND. Thanks for all your help and service Michelle and Staff!!

OK it’s a small office, but I generally have a great experience with Hertz in Williston airport. I’m usually flying in from very long distance flights from Europe and sometimes the flight connections from Denver or Minneapolis can be delayed but the staff are always there even when it’s really late. One suggestion for the best service is that if you have a special requirement and you are landing late at night call in advance during daytime office hours so the staff can be prepared for your arrival - they are very accommodati... read more

We had reserved a car for pick up for 6/17/2025 to be returned 6/18/2025. Due to a flight delay I did not land in Bismarck until the 18th. We had called about the delay and changed the reservation to the 18th to return on the 19th. When I returned the car the girl said her computer was down and said she would email a receipt. Never got the receipt. But my credit card shows a $1,011 charge. For a one-day rental! I've tried calling - no answer. Reached out through FB messenger - they just stopped communicating.
