A complete dirty, nightmare. Rude and lazy workers.
One of the worst experiences that i have with hertz is in this branch. Employees dont attend you well , I hated the customer service here.

’ve been a loyal Hertz customer for years, but this recent experience was unacceptable. I received a vehicle in filthy condition—food remnants, personal items, stained seats, and even a half-eaten doughnut under the driver’s seat. The car was also mechanically unsound, with worn brake pads, squeaky components, and a shaky suspension. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue—including visiting a Hertz location and chatting with several support agents—I was denied a replacement vehicle.
