Great personal service if you have are a member of the presidential circle. Great staff.
I am a Gold member and should’ve been able to pick up my car without waiting in line at my arrival at Logan airport. I am an amputee and this is important to me as I cannot stand for a long period of time. When I asked where my car was after waiting in line for two hours, she replied look around we don’t have any. I had to wait until somebody returned a car so they could quickly clean it and turn it around to me. I had the car for a three hour window and called Hertz to extend as this was their fault.
