Very unprofessional staff.
basically non existent customer service. probably the least helpful employee i’ve ever had the “pleasure of dealing with”. hertz would be better off closing this branch.
Terrible all the 1 star reviews are right they don’t want you to have a car at all, wasted my morning and missed work because of them booked on uber (not taxi) she insisted on a background check, I said ok booked on Priceline for a hour later waited and there’s no car! They just want you to book through them at full price To the lady in the yoga pants your job is to give a car don’t act like your doing open heart surgery
