I would give 0 stars for the discourteous service. The place is dirty and always understaffed.
I received a Nissan Altima instead of the Kia K4 I ordered, an obvious downgrade which was postured as an “upgrade”. Front door was broken so I entered through a fire exit. Took me 15 mins to speak with someone when I showed up for my reservation on time. Once I sat down they took a call within the first 5 minutes of me sitting there, until finally putting them on hold after 15 minutes of talking. Terrible experience after a rental car crash ( was crashed into at stop sign ) . One particular agent was absolutely incompetent . Multiple calls and visits to this office due to charges on my credit card that were incorrect . Do yourself a big favor and go across the street to Enterprise . The agents at this Hertz location need more training and maybe charm school , too
