I went to pick up my rental car. Not only was it not ready, but the vehicle they tried to pawn off on me was filthy, with torn seats—something you’d expect from a junkyard, not a rental company. The front desk agent was shockingly rude and utterly useless; it’s a mystery how she’s employed in customer service when she clearly has no concept of it. If there were an option for zero stars, they wouldn’t even deserve that.
Christopher was very helpful with all information I requested.
They don't answer calls or emails. You have to go all the way there for questions.
