1st and last time renting from Hertz. Poor communication. When making online reservation it gives check-in option to skip counter and get vehicle,which i chose that option(pic of drivers license and a selfie to show identity). Called front desk to clarify key would be in vehicle ready to go at 5:00pm. Clerk stated still had to come in. Upon my arrival office was closed and no nissan rogue that i so called rented was in parking lot. Not content. 1star because it made me.

My family and I were diverted to KC due to the Midwest blizzard this week. I mistakenly booked the wrong vehicle and drop off location… on a time when spring break was just starting. We couldn’t find a single vehicle in a twenty-five mile radius…. And it was looking like we might be stuck in the area for two more days…. Justin was awesome! Super helpful and kind. Only reason they lost a is there aren't many options for cars. They do have cars, SUVs, a van, but there aren't many of each category. I would go back tho! 10/10 recommend!!
