I made a reservation with this company online.When I received a phone call for confirmation less than 24 hours before we were leaving for vacation to confirm my reservation the gentlemen stated the wrong time for drop off. When I let him know that that was not what my confirmation stated in my email. I then asked for the manager,he stated he was the MANAGER!!!! Went in to see about renting a car. Not sure who the guy behind the desk was but as soon as my husband mentioned we would have two small dogs he said “no dogs allowed”. We turned right around and out the door. Such a shame, we went thru Costco and after doing some research most all places allow dogs, Hertz was one of them.
