My family and I were diverted to KC due to the Midwest blizzard this week. I mistakenly booked the wrong vehicle and drop off location… on a time when spring break was just starting. We couldn’t find a single vehicle in a twenty-five mile radius…. And it was looking like we might be stuck in the area for two more days…. Justin was awesome! Super helpful and kind. Only reason they lost a is there aren't many options for cars. They do have cars, SUVs, a van, but there aren't many of each category. I would go back tho! 10/10 recommend!!
