The worst customer care I have ever experienced. I made an appointment with the online link they texted me then when I got to my appointment they said they didn’t have a car for me. They did nothing to help me, did not even apologize for the inconvenience just gave me attitude and wouldn’t even call the Hertz in Santa Cruz for me to see if they had cars. Got home and noticed they still have not reimbursed the deposit they charged me when I made my appointment! Ridiculous!

Made a reservation for same day rental had to cut business trip short for an emergency took a LYFT to office with all the luggage and they couldn’t help over bad business procedures head over to the Enterprise in Watsonville store manager had me on the Freeway 35 mins after failed reservation

Varyl White has got to be one of the single most incompetent people I have ever encountered. Took us over 1 hour to get a car. The car that was given to us broke down. The battery in it was dead and she told me that it wasn’t their fault it was working fine when she handed us the keys and it was our responsibility to have the car towed back to them.
