The staff is great! My car was very clean and nice!
The worst place to rent a car ever. I made a reservation for a week and had a feeling I needed to extend the reservation for another week. I was told they would give me the same rate if I needed to extend my reservation and they charged me a daily rate which was almost double the weekly rate! When I called to fix my bill, the lady was literally yelling at me and talking over me. Never fixed my bill. Worst rental place ever!
Had a great experience at Hertz in Delaware. Manager Amber Munday was friendly, efficient and professional! Had me on the road in no time! She is a credit to the Hertz organization!
