Had a great experience at Hertz in Delaware. Manager Amber Munday was friendly, efficient and professional! Had me on the road in no time! She is a credit to the Hertz organization!

My recent experience with Hertz Rental Cars was nothing short of deplorable, marked by a series of unfortunate and frankly unacceptable circumstances that left me questioning the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Just another in a long list of one star reviews, I guess. I got a loaner via hertz while my truck was being worked on. One morning, I came out, and noticed a crack in the windshield. I reviewed my security camera footage, and couldn't find anything that could have caused it. There appeared to be no evidence of an impact - and my best (albeit non-expert) guess was that this was a result of some sort of a manufacturing defect.
