I Wouldn’t Rent A Banana Peel From This Place. Dawn Holness has to be one of the worst managers I’ve ever came across in life. Very unprofessional and rude as well as untrained to handle conflict situations, the vehicles in the location is very unsafe and dangerous to drive. I almost had a severe accident with my client due to the unsafe tires on the vehicle, now they are charging me for their mishap. One of the worst rental locations in Ohio for sure 🤌

Real simple. Go somewhere else! You rent something in particular. They know they dont have the vehicle and still have you come in. And try to put you in something you don't need or what you reserved. False advertising. Sitting here 3 hours so far and still waiting for a vehicle.
