Had a noon pickup scheduled for 6/17/2026 and soon as I walked up Ms. Nikki was polite and professional. There ended up being a misunderstanding on my end and she was very patient with me. Ms. Nikki had no problem explaining to me how I misunderstood the process and how I can have a better rental experience the next time. I appreciate that her tone and energy was pleasant the entire time. Ended up getting a better rental than I expected and everything worked out. Thank God, Hertz, and Ms. Nikki.
Very easy to grab keys at the counter then find vehicle. Easy return as well. Car was clean and great gas mileage!
My first rental car smelled of really bad cigarette smoke. I came back and worked with Erica to find a better option that would be safe for my baby and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. Thank you so much Erica!!
I am currently in a rental from this location. I have rented from them before and I am a Gold member. I have never been treated so rudely by a customer service representative in my life. I approached the desk and the lady at the counter did not greet me at all. I said hello and asked how she was doing, no response. Blank stare. Really disappointed in the condition of the car when I got it. I was flying across the globe and was too exhausted to change out the vehicle. It reeked of weed and there was a shot glass, bottle opener and a lot of other trash littered around the vehicle. I definitely returned it in a much better condition than when I checked it out. When I mentioned this when checking in they said “oh okay.” So… sorry to the next person that has this problem they don’t appear to care.
