I reserved a rental to be picked up at 5, called to speak to someone about driving in from out of town and GPS showed me to arrive at 5:05. The person I spoke to said unfortunately they close at 5 so if I could not be there I would have to pick up my rental on Monday. I called back and spoke to a second person to see if there was any way someone could accommodate me as I was only going to be a couple minutes late. What a great and easy location is you live on the Kansas side. The manager and gentlemen I dealt with were kind, professional as well as engaging in conversation. As a hospitality professional I like to recognize people who go above and beyond in small details that others may take for granted. The car I was provided far exceeded my expectations.
