I have used this location for years when needing a rental car and never had a single issue. I will add that I have NEVER edited the pickup and drop off times when creating a reservation! This time I show up to get rhe rental and get told that I’m late and there isn’t any cars available! Caught by total surprise I’m like what?! I informed him that I’ve never been told anything about those times being necessary or else we will automatically rent that right out from under you! Always been a great service. I've used their rental services several times over the years. It keeps the long miles off of my vehicle, and I get to experience other vehicles that I maybe interested in purchasing in the future. Very pleased with this last time as they went out of their way to go above and beyond what their company requires. I left a good tip just for the accommodations. Thank you!
