If I could give a 0 rating I would! Absolutely worst service ever. I made reservations for 1 pm. Car was not ready until past 2 pm. I requested a van, they gave me a small SUV. And told me that all vans are recalled in Canada. That sounded so bogus. They told me it would take 5 mins to clean the car. We waited another 30 mins and received the car with trash inside, bug splatter all over the front grill and bird poop still on the windshield.
