1/5 – Absolutely unacceptable customer service One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in Vancouver. The attitude and behaviour of the staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I had a great experience renting from this Hertz location, Harry and Vijay, horse, professional, and very helpful, The answered my questions, help me with understanding the car features, which was a brand new GMC Acadia, super friendly and super professional, highly recommend this location, especially if you’re traveling with train to Vancouver, this location is the most convenient one.
