On est arriv� 5min avant et l'agence �tait d�j� ferm�. D�j�, pourquoi accept� une r�servation � une heure o� l'agence ferme? Ensuite, on est arriv� avant la fermeture et l'agence �tait d�j� ferm�e. Dropped off after hours. Instructions on the door. You can leave the car right out front of the station
Pretty rude team. After the reservation, they added 18$ fees from nowhere without mentioning it, and with more 50$ of taxes on it. I had to call their service center to get refunded.
I had a great experience with Harry and Arshi at Hertz. They were incredibly supportive, helpful, and professional throughout the process. I was dealing with an issue involving ICBC, and they took the time to explain the applicable rules and requirements clearly and helped me navigate the situation in the best possible way. I really appreciate their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. They went above and beyond to make things easier for me. Thank you, Harry and Arshi, for your excellent support!
Easy and attentive service from pick up to drop off. The worker checking us in for pick up was friendly and thorough. Answered all our questions. Info and paperwork was smooth. Was given an upgrade to a nicer newer vehicle for our rental needs which made the experience better. Drop off was simple, quick, and easy.
